Celebrating Serbian Culture in the UK

Serbian Week in the UK has been an annual event for the last 4 years, and now in 2012 has grown into the Serbian Month –  a month of many exciting cultural events that include inaugural Serbian Ball that will be on of the opening events of the Serbian Month 2012 that continues with over 20 events during February including classical music concerts, art exhibitions, films screenings, literary events and many others.

As every year Fine Art Escape is taking part in Serbian cultural events promoting Serbian Art on several different occasions

  • we are donating a painting by Branko Dimitrijevic “Belgrade at Night”, oil on canvas, 100x50cm at the  Serbian St Sava’s Ball on Sunday 29th January to help raise funds to support Children Protection Centre Zvecanska
  • 45 Years of the Serbian Ortodox Church St John the Baptist, Halifax, Saturday 4th February – the celebration will be opened by HRH Princess Katarina Karadjordjevic and will include Fine Art Escape exhibition and a number of other cultural events
  • Fine Art Escape and Serbian Art at 20|21 International Art Fair in Royal College of Art, 16-19 February
